Sun exposure is the number one factor. Other contributing factors include stress, lack of sleep, smoking, poor diet, and lack of appropriate care.
- Use sunscreen every day, even in winter
- Wear a hat and sunglasses during prolonged exposure.
- Maintain good hydration (appropriate skincare + drink water)
- Eat a diet rich in antioxidants (fruits, vegetables, green tea)
