Sourced from the high-altitude valleys of Kawane in the Shizuoka region of Japan , this matcha thrives in a unique environment, nourished by cool mists and pure mountain spring water . These ideal conditions give rise to a first-harvest matcha with a distinctive and refined character.

Stone-ground according to Japanese tradition, this matcha reveals a creamy texture , a subtle sweetness , and naturally nutty notes that linger delicately on the palate. An elegant, balanced, and approachable matcha, perfect for enjoying neat or in premium lattes.

Organic matcha green tea (first harvest tencha, stone-ground) – origin: Kawane, Shizuoka, Japan.

Ideal as a traditional matcha tea or a premium latte.

Preparing matcha tea:

  1. Sift ½ tsp of matcha into a bowl or cup.
  2. Add 60 ml (2 oz) of hot water (just before boiling, around 75–80°C).
  3. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion (with a bamboo or electric whisk) until a nice foam is obtained.
  4. Add a little more hot water to suit your taste.


Latte version:

Prepare your matcha as above, then add your favorite hot, frothy milk.Personally, I froth my oat milk, then gently pour it over my matcha.
