Use on dry skin, ideally in the morning before showering.
Start with your feet then brush using long, firm strokes going back towards the heart.
Next, move on to legs, arms, back and stomach, always moving towards the center of the body.
Avoid sensitive or irritated areas.
Once you have finished brushing, take a shower to remove dead skin cells, then apply an oil or moisturizing cream to nourish the skin.
To use 3 to 5 times a week, depending on your skin type and needs.
Interview :
• Avoid soaking the brush in water to preserve the wood.
• Clean occasionally by briefly immersing the hairs in boiling water, then dry in the sun, hairs downwards.
• Every few months, gently wash with mild soap, rinse thoroughly and dry as before.
