WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN SWITCHING TO A NATURAL DEODORANT?
The body goes through three stages of adaptation:

• Detoxification (1 to 2 weeks): Pores unclog, releasing accumulated toxins. It is normal to sweat more and experience a slight odor.
  
• Adjustment (1 to 2 weeks): Approximately 50% of toxins have been eliminated and perspiration and odor begin to decrease.
  
• (Permanent) acclimatization: Perspiration regulates itself naturally, and the odor diminishes as the toxins accumulated in the lymph nodes have been eliminated.

During the transition, it is advisable to drink plenty of water, use a detox deodorant at night and a natural aluminum-free deodorant during the day.
